To be eligible, Waterloo North Hydro small business customers in these areas must also meet the following criteria:

• Must have an account with Waterloo North Hydro in the City of Waterloo, Township of Woolwich or Township of Wellesley area.
• Small business customers are considered those with average monthly demand consumption of less than 50kW.
• Business does not fall under the category of food service retail (including butchers, restaurants, grocers, etc).
