The Power Savings Blitz Process:
- Eligible small business customers in the service area of a participating electrical utility should first sign up for an Energy Audit.
- You will then be contacted by a program representative who will schedule a convenient time to conduct an Energy Audit of your facilities.
- The Power Savings Blitz Energy Audit will:
- Assess the lighting systems being used and, if applicable, your electric water heating system.
- Determine opportunities to retrofit with energy efficient technologies.
- Calculate and review energy and cost savings from eligible upgrades.
- If you decide to go ahead with the recommended retrofits, you will then be contacted to schedule a convenient time for further lighting retrofits with a qualified, licensed, and experienced electrician from the Ontario Electrical League.
